The frame looks very nice, however, the wooden/cardboard backs to the frames were not cut well enough, and were extremely difficult to remove in order to place the picture in. One was so bad that I had to try to cut it myself as it was not coming out. When I finally succeeded in doing that, the glass would not fit back in and broke. Otherwise it's a fine frame.

I wasn't sure why buyers felt that each frame needed unscrewing from the whole but it became obvious when trying to place a picture in the very center frame. However, I was with some jiggling able to remove and reinsert the backing and picture. Perhaps people didn't understand the concept of the clips which are very bendable yet secure.
The reason for this negative review in the extreme is that after filling the frame with pictures and hanging on the wall, one of the mini-frames has cracked - significantly and obviously - after just a week. And it appears that no amount of glue and coaxing will get the piece jutting out from the frame to stay put!
